“I purchase my property on Surfers Parade, Freshwater from Bernard Hachenberg back in 2009. As a new resident to the area from the east, I recall he was extremely knowledgeable of Freshwater and its history. He was very approachable and friendly while being professional and most of all honest to deal with.

Many years later I decided to move but keep the property as a rental. I naturally had Bernie and his team at Ray White Freshwater manage my rental and they did not disappoint. The team were always available, highly engaged and sorted any issues no matter how big or small with speed, professionalism and little fuss. Over the many years (13yrs) Bernie always made a point of keeping in touch just to check in and see if I was happy with everything and helping with any real estate queries. Incredible service.

Finally, last year I made the decision to sell the property and again, decided to go with Bernie and his team at Ray White despite many offers from other local agents. This is where I was most impressed. Right from the start Bernie and his team provided excellent ‘hands on’ service with great attention to detail.
